The rules
of the desk.

Every ticket on Volt Exchange runs on these 16 rules. Read them before you deal. Opening a ticket means you accept them.

  1. 01

    Deal in the server only

    Ban risk

    All exchanges must be done in the server, if you are found dealing with one of our exchangers in dms, we will not hesitate to ban you from our services.

  2. 02

    Wait for blockchain confirmations

    For all cryptocurrency trades, both the client and the exchanger must wait for the required blockchain confirmations. Transactions will only be considered complete once the network confirms them. Delays caused by the blockchain are beyond our control.

  3. 03

    Check the deal limit first

    Your risk

    Clients are responsible for verifying the maximum deal limit of the middleman or exchanger before proceeding with any transaction. If a client pays more than the stated limit, any resulting issues or losses are solely their responsibility.

  4. 04

    Trade at your own risk

    Your risk

    The exchanger is not responsible for any events, losses, or disputes that occur before, during, or after the transaction. Users proceed at their own risk and are expected to exercise caution and due diligence.

    No third-party payments

    Funds frozen

    Strictly no third-party payments are allowed. Only the ticket owner can send money using their own bank or UPI. We reserve the right to freeze your funds if we detect payments made through suspicious sources or third parties for fraudulent or any other reasons.

  6. 06

    Events beyond our control

    The exchanger is not responsible for compensating clients for events beyond their control. This includes, but is not limited to, account terminations, account locks, skipped blockchain confirmations, reclaimed verified accounts, chargebacks, or technical issues. The exchanger’s only obligation is to provide a valid payment screenshot and relevant payment details as proof of transaction.

    If an exchanger goes offline

    If our exchanger goes offline after informing the client, they will complete the pending deal upon their return. The exchanger is not responsible for any delays, inconveniences, or consequences that occur during their absence.

  8. 08

    Market fluctuations

    Your risk

    The exchanger is not responsible for any losses resulting from market fluctuations during the transaction. Clients are advised to assess market risks before proceeding with any deal.

  9. 09

    Right to refuse a deal

    If the exchanger feels something is sketchy, they have the right to refuse service or back out of a deal at any time. They can also ask for specific precautions to be taken.

  10. 10

    GST and INR charges

    Clients are responsible for paying any applicable GST and other transactional charges associated with INR exchanges. These charges are not included in the quoted exchange amount unless explicitly stated.

    Network fees are on the client

    All cryptocurrency transaction fees are to be borne by the client. The exchanger does not cover or refund any blockchain/network fees under any circumstances.

    Rule breaks and promotions

    Ban risk

    If you break any rules, you will be blacklisted or banned from the server. Fake allegations can lead to you getting blacklisted from the server. Any kind of promotions are not allowed in server/DM.

    Scammers get caught

    Funds frozen

    If you are found to have scammed any of our staff and are later caught dealing again in this server, any funds involved in that deal will be frozen and returned to the exchanger/staff you previously scammed. We reserve the right to take necessary action to protect our team and community.

    Only deal in claimed tickets

    Your risk

    Always check if the ticket is claimed, if you deal in an unclaimed ticket you may lose your funds.. also don't forget to check roles while you are dealing with one of our exchangers.

  15. 15

    Leave a vouch

    Ban risk

    Clients are expected to leave a vouch (feedback) for the exchanger after a successful transaction. Refusing to vouch without valid reason may result in a blacklist from future services.

  16. 16

    Chat logs are archived

    All chat logs related to transactions will be saved and archived for security and record-keeping purposes. These logs may be reviewed in case of disputes or for verification.
